The only way is to find another player who wants to move from Radiant to Bria and see if they want to swap credits, they give you Radiant credits and you give them your Bria credits. Just be weary of anyone you deal with since if the deal goes bad the CSRs won't be able to help you. Another possible way might be to use one of those credit buying/selling services, but you should read the TOS before using them cause I think it says that SOE is the actual owner of the credits.

There is no way to transfer credits between servers, unless you transfer the toon. In that case it wouldn't help you, because you have toons there.
