Thread: Where do i post about serious bugs?

Not sure where to do this...for example, theres a huge bug that occurs when using a jetpack, and being theres so little across all servers, /bug'ing it ingame wont do crap. And theres no specific bug thread in the in-testing or anything else for Jetpacks, so anyone know where i should post this?

If the bug is in live, try the In Live forums.


If the bug is on Test Center, try the In Test forums.


If you dont see a topic in ether, Post a topic for others to post in.

Thats what im asking, WHERE to post it so that the dev's will see it. Cant post in any of the In-testing or In-live forums.

Hmmmmm, maybe if you look for the bug report listing that JustG puts up you might find it, or should we hold you hand and show you.


Just pick one of the 3 publish 10 feedback threads.


But if you want a responce back on your bug, i think your going to be waiting a very long time for an answer, and yes the devs do red the /bug reports.

**edit**?? He just told you... if you in the LIVE GAME do it in the live forums....

if its in the test center post it in the Test forums... How much more simple is it than that??

So, if you cant post a new thread in those forums, then post it in one of the current open threads, Its not hard. The devs will be looking at those threads for other fixes to, so go give it a try.

I truthfully dont believe that the dev's look through every single page of those threads, much less pay attention to one little bug that no one else has been reporting yet(due to the low quantity of jetpacks).

Test Center forums are NOT read by the Dev's much as they are treated as a Galaxy forum (as the sticky by Q that everyone ignores says) so please don't post it there. It's a pain to read at the best of times to look for what your after


If you want it to be acknowledged I'd say post it in Core Systems (which is listed as a Proffesions forum)

Then why post here then. If you think they never read the /bug reports, or read the forums, then why even post. Well to let you know the devs do read the forum and the /bug reports, its just they rarely post a reply back. Now if you just want to post to get a reply back, i would say you will become very old waiting for a responce that will never happen.



So just go to the In Live forum and post the bug you have in one of the 3 publish 10 threads and just wait.
