Tell your annoying CSR's to quit closing my tickets. If nothing gets resolved on my end, I keep dealing with it until it's fixed. CSR's shouldn't just read them and then close them.
What if I'd like to add a comment?
It's really starting to tick me off.

I have been having the same problem also. Submitted the same ticket twice and got no response, only a closed in the final column.

sounds like SOE have a numbers game, e.g. chasing stats and figures
sounds like the British Gov, e.g. they say there is less reported crime and thats a good thing, what they dont say is the police tell ppl not to bother reporting some things as it will never be found / followed up etc.
Sounds like the CSRs have to close something like 80% of tickets within 24hrs, and whether they are fixed or not it gets the results they want

What did you expect? For them to read your tickets? They only read a handful of them a day....SOE is lame!

Well I don't know about you guys but I've never recieved any feed back from any ticket I've ever submitted.....
