Thread: Has anybody got any response from soe whether poi's are bugged or nerfed?

It is a shameful on their part that they say nothing officially. After all we the players are the one's paying the bills. If this game was free to use then I could understand the silence as their right.
Whoever is in charge of disemenating inforamation in this game needs to fired because they have completly failed at the task. If I was CSR in charge of forums I would make it my primary goal to reduce number of negitive posts. Not by deleting threeds as how it hasbeen done in the past but by openning and maintaining a positive dialog with all who post here.
Look it only makes sense to make and keep people who post here. Why? Well think about it. When a person is interested in playing a new game first thing most will do is to go to that games forum and read the posts. More than once I did not go out and buy a game after reading that particular games forum.
This is swg's only public calling card for this game and it is unwise not to try to make a more positive place to post and find info. These boards should be the prime place to have the maximum level of cs that soe swg can provide.
Being polite costs you nothing being rude or ignoring people can cost you everything.
I mean for the poi's all they would have to say is something like this example; "Sorry for the inconvinence but currently poi's spawn time's are down due to a bug. We are working as fast as possible to fix and will keep you informed as to where we are in getting patch in game. We apologise once more and hope to have fix asap." Gee how hard would that be to do?
Sigh I guess be really hard or they would have said something by now.
PS if they have posted what problem issure would like to know where post is burried cause I sure could not find.

If they acknowledged problems, I think there would be alot more understanding customers, than mad customers, compared to their usual silence. Silence makes everybody mad. Truth will actually keep some people happy. It is the lesser of two evils...
This company has some strange customer service policies...

Its as if they are practically forcing us to do the FS quests to get anything out of the game!
