Imperial Human Faction point costs...


Forward Headquarters

-1 level
- Faction recruiter
- Factional mission terminal
-Defense items that can be donated: *(1 Faction Scanner, 2 Minefield, 2 Turrets)*

Field Hospital
- Faction recruiter
- Factional mission terminal
- Standard mission terminal
- 2 Bank terminals
- Acts as medical center *(doesn't auto-heal)*
*(Defense items 2 Faction Scanner, 1 Minefields, 3 Turrets)*

Tactical Center

- 3 levels
- Faction recruiter
- Factional mission terminal
- Standard mission terminal
- 2 Bank terminals
- Acts as medical center (no auto-healing)
- Acts as cantina
*(Defense items 1 Faction Scanner, 3 Minefields, 4 Turrets)*

Detachment Headquarters

- 3 levels
- Faction recruiter
- Factional mission terminal
- Standard mission terminal
- 2 Bank terminals
- Insurance terminals
- Acts as medical center (no auto-healing)
- Acts as cantina
- Registers on planetary map *(viewable by same faction only)*
- Allows declared & registered doctors, dancers, and musicians to receive elite profession faction perks
-Defense items that can be donated:
REBEL *(Defense items 1 Faction Scanner, 3 Minefields, 4 Turrets)*
IMPERIAL *(Defense items 2 Faction Scanner, 1 Minefields, 5 Turrets)*


-Resources can be added through the HQ Terminal as well as defensive items. (Must be overt)
-Vulnerability time : 2 hours
-Rank needed to see vulnerability times and resource pool : * Warrant Officer II of same faction* (Currently only Adminstrators of the base can see vuln. time )


-Maintenance rates per hour

- All bases use 6 lots ...
- Turrets and minefields use 1 lot if not donated to a base and require maintenance.
-Donating Turrets and Minefields to a base, DO NOT take Lots.
-There is no way to donate faction pets to a player base.
-Bases cannot be re-deeded.
- /transferstructure works the same way as transfering houses or harvesters.
- Troops will move from time to time and wonder around a set area. Troops, scanners and turrets will regenerate after the base's repair cycle. (every 30 min. I think) if there are sufficient resources donated to base.


TURRETS

-Block Turret - Anti Vehicle - Blast damage
-Dish Turret - Anti Personnel - Energy damage (Has covert scanner in it)
-Tower Turrets - Kinetic Damage , 1 minefield


-The bases resource pool is supposed to fix them when they are damaged. ( I read elsewhere that it was minerals to repair turrets)?
- Turrets donated to a base have significantly higher hitpoints and do not require maintenance.
- Turrets (and minefields) can be placed alone but have lower hitpoints, require maintenance and uses (1) lot.

BASE DESTRUCTION SEQUENCE

MUST be done in the following order:
MUST be overt:

1. Bounty Hunter with the Investigation II skill to jam the Uplink Terminal ( gives 1k invest.exp)
2. Smuggler with the Slicing I skill to slice the Security Terminal ( use molecular clamp )
3. Bio-Engineer (just a Novice will do) to DNA sequence the Override Terminal

4. Commando with the Heavy Support Weapons I skill to overload the Power Regulator
5. Novice Squad Leader to initiate the base self-destruct sequence from the HQ terminal

The NPC faction bases do not require a Squad Leader to initiate the self-destruct sequence.
Currently bugged


In addition, the defending faction has 10 minutes to activate the shut-down sequence from the base. Once shut down is active, then the attacking faction has 5 minutes to do step 5 again.
The Shut down is suppose to be activated by an Overt only... Currently only a covert can do this
This will be fixed in the next patch

There's also I believe a 30 second delay between terminals once that person hacks it.

Question: When the owner of a base removes a turrent or other donated object, does that owner get the deed back?
