I recently tried to start the Jabba's themepark quests, however the starting NPC will not give me a mission. I have narrowed it down to two possible reasons:

1.) I am a perma-overt Dark Jedi Knight. Maybe he wont speak to me becasue I am showing my Imperial tag.
2.) I have negative Hutt and Jabba faction (not sure which one he counts as.).

Does anyone know which of the above two would keep Relo Baruk from giving me a mission?

If it is the perma overt status, I am out of luck, becasue I dont plan on surrendering my Knight status just to do a theme park. However, if it is becasue I have negative Hutt and Jabba faction then I can likely change that status.

Thanks for any help on this.

its the negative faction standing, they dont like u till you have positive faction

That is good news. Which faction status do I have to raise? If if is Jabba I am pretty sure I can find enough swoopers and Valarians to raise it quickly. If it is Hutt...well I am not sure what to kill.

Go kill Valarians on Tatooine or, I think, Borvos on Naboo. Either will give you positive Jabba faction and they're npc spawns and not creature spawns to can you say loot drops?

There are valarian goons all around Jabba's Palace bu tdon't kill any named ones with no title e.g Onu Bonu. They are most likely mission objectives. Kill the ones labeled Eko Meko (A valarian thug). Don't want to mess up some other guys Jabba missions.
