Thread: Do I have to complete all the quests in Phase 1 in order to do them all in phase 2?

Basically, I've heard rumors that in order for me to do the next reflex tree in phase 2 I have to have completed the phase 1 portion. Is this true?

Yeah, all the guys who are happy with everything are playing the game
They aren't spending their time sending you guys letters or posting

The rumours arnt true, you pick which skill you want to do per phase. Im doing combat prowess for the first and doing the reflex one next phase ( i just want to get the cool driving skills), not sure about what im doing next though this much i do know is that you can mix and match.
