when doing an escort mission do you have to walk all the way, even if it starts in another city??

Personally, I think it's a test and only those who complete these missions will become Jedi.

I got the escort mission to walk some Bothan woman from Daeric to Nashal, and got incapped en route while trying to tame a baby hun duf about a third of the way to Nashal. Ugh. Now I have to start over...

I tend to agree , first off the missions are rediculous and they are next to impossible hahaha , I had a mission from Kadarra to Moenia, which in case you haven't been to naboo, is clear from one side of the map to the other. Which poses the question do you wrap on the map?? Like if I hit the end do I show up on the other side??

Escort missions are horrible. I once had a really easy one (about 2km walking total) and just before I got to the city, the NPC completely disappeared.
