i am having a problem with continueing with the second part of the "find the cure" quest. i have collected all samples and gave those to the chief but when i talk to him again as he says i should do, he takes the samples again and tells me to come back. this happens over and over. i recently learned this is also keeping me from doing the outcast quest because of my inablilty to finish the prior. again to make things clearer the chief takes the samples over and over no matter how many times i talk to him. am i missing something or is this a common bug? any help in this matter would be appreciated as i cannot send in a bug even though the /bug system says i have none open [ie. no number is tagged to my bugs]. im am anxious to complete this quest please see to this problem or let me know what i have to do to resolve this issue. thank you

sounds like a bug to me, I completed that part no problem. you should send in a customer service ticket on the matter. it may be a "known bug", but they may also be able to fix it for you

I'm stuck there as well. I've sent in numerous tickets and they have all been replied to with the explanation that they can do nothing about it.

as I've said on numerous other threads... you don't have all the items. Check your journal (control j) to see what you don't have.. collect it and then talk to him again

I am 100% positive I got the items, as teh quest is no longer in my log. I will try it again, if you say that helps though...

OK. Worth a try, this exact same thing happened to me though and that fixed it.

I have the exact same problem too, and I have the 3 items you collect from the cave.

Same problem with Chief Kerritamba for me. I have all the ingredients, my journal notes the chief has all the ingredients for the Great tree cure, but he's been saying come back later since April. I've filed CSR tickets, bug reports, no progress. Can't the fix be as simple as taking out his lines of dialogue about stirring the dang cure, he acknowledges you have the componets, he hands you the cure, voila! If this were not the first in a whole series of quests that I can't do because of a bugit wouldnt be so frustrating *sigh*. Just let me advance... *grumble*

i was sure mine was bugged as well, but upin further investigation i saw i did not indeed have all 3 i was lacking the flower thats right on the trail up to the village make sure u have all 3 the mushroom crystal and flower, hope it works out for you

Has anyone tried gathering ALL 3 ingredients again? It shouldn't take too long. Sounds like what others are saying, you don't have all the ingredients yet. Worth a try and may solve the problem.
