Has anyone ever recieved this? Ive read about it on Allakhazam, but Ive never seen it...

Didn't even know this badge existed. You would probably have to help out alot of people or have a dev see you helping some one out. I have actually yet to see a dev, CSR, or anyone special pop up in the game. Created a character on corbantis for the live event and that was about the closest I came to seeing something like that.

There are a small number of badges that are not automatically given, they are given by SOE when they see things that justify the badges. There are probably no more than a handful of people per server that have them.

There are a few of these badges and yes, they are given out by the Events Team. During my guilds city opening on Lok some months back Pex made a special appearance and swarmed the city with Rebels. After the first few waves we were asked to pick out 10 of our best warriors at which point we were given the Brave Soldier badge. Note that this is not the Corvette Brave Soldier badge but an Events badge.
I know that there are the following...
Brave Soldier
Good Samaratin
Roleplayer
Good Bio
... and a few othersthat can only be gotten this way. If you want to see what one of these looks like log onto Naritus and ask around. There are quite a number of us who have them now for attending events.

How are we supposed to get the Good Bio badge, if there isn't enough typing space? I can only fit 1 1/2 paragraphs in on mine. I can't describe the background of my character in that amount of space...its silly.

Who knows... To my knowledge this badge hasn't been given out in a long time. As a matter of fact, the ONLY Events badge that I'm aware of seeing in the last 6+ months is the Brave Soldier one. For any of you who are curious I'll type out what it says in my bio.
Accolade Badge (that's what they're called): Brave Soldier
On examining my character: ...has been recognized as an exceptional soldier in the war.
Just pulled this off of Allakhazam.
Accolade: Brave Soldier...has been recognized as an exceptional soldier in the war. (Awarded by CSR)
Accolade: Fascinating Background...has been recognized as having an exceptional biography. (Awarded by CSR)
Accolade: Good Samaritan...has been recognized as an exceptional guide to those seeking knowledge. (Awarded by CSR)
Accolade: Interesting Personage...has been recognized as having a memorable personality. (Awarded by CSR)
Accolade: Live Event Medal...has participated in a Live Event
Accolade: Professional Demeanor...has been recognized as being a tribute to their profession. (Awarded by CSR)
Notice, though, that these are NOT given by CSR's. The Events Team is totally seperate from the Customer Service Reps.

I know both my wife and I have recieved the Exceptional Biography Badges (I wrote both her and mine to intertwine). A former guildmember told us about how he recieved his Good Samaritan Badge. He said he helped out a new player by giving them a speeder, while they were in the middle of nowhere on Tatooine. Once he gave the player the speeder he said "Thank You" drove off, and then the guildmember recieved the badge. I remember getting the Bio badge, by just standing around in Anchorhead crafting Instruments, and It just appeared saying I had gotten it. Once I looked up and noticed it noone was in town. It suprisedmeconsiderably, soI thanked out loud for about 5 minutes.

i dont think i can get this badge .. i never help anyone ..(just guildmates and citymates)

Once saw a csr in C-Net...
The badge is probably not ingame, since noone has got it.

damn... a lot of people should have gotten that millions of times.. the nice guy tipping the n00b a few k to get started while telling him how to do missions for money and so on... what a strange badge... i want it tho!!

They don't give these out on Radiant. We're the red-headed step-children of SWG
I've examined a lot of people to check out any bios that there might be (not many), and I've yet to see ANY of these.
