Thread: High Spawn rate in DWB??

Think it was like 3-4 days max ago when i was at DWB and the first room spawns were totaly mad. There were like 5-6 Blacksuns there instead of just 2 and after killing them they spawned pretty quickly! I wanna know why did this happen? I never saw in DWB such spawns and hw can i do this myself or was it just a bug?

not sure but it could be like the geo caves, more people inside the more spawns that appear. The DWB is confirmed to have a 4 minute respawn, the idea is to keep moving. It is truely the only dungeon that you need a good large group to get through, somewhere is a guide for it but i can't remember where i saw it...maybe in the TC forum.

people bug spawns like they do in geo caves... thats why the geo caves over spawn lol


so basically you can bug any spawn to where 5 or 6 npcs can come out at a time from 1 spawn

Sounds like the typical KD thing. I don't really know why they did it in the bunker though. They may have thought that the BlackSun in cave drop BH armor... Might have been good fast exp... No clue.

The spawn rates for the DWB are approximately 3 minutes after death. I doubt that the enemies were spawning more than they should. Most likely it was a former group that went in there and pushed all the enemies into a few rooms (spread shots).

why do you doubt that? You clearly havent seen the jedi camping initial spawn (first room) to get dwb loot...

what loot? the 1 in 50,000 chance a yellow barrell drops? or the bugged chest with the unlootable rebreather.I can still find the original SOE posts saying dwb would have great uber-loot and lots of it.At least in geo you have a chance - tiny but still possible - of getting dome nice geo pistol with a great dot. Plus it's a lot more fun

I have seen the spawn broken at DWB on a couple of occasions, where mobs would respawn with 3-4x the usual number.

People are not Exploiting that cave because it doesnt drop as well. And Yes, it is an exploit to KD to break the spawn from what I have heard. That is 99% why the cave was so off that day. There is no way that only Black Sun's would have got aggroed into that room.

the dev's have stated this is an exploit/bug, but almost seems impossible to catch unless someone monitored the cave's and bunker 24/7 lol.


Has anyone done the vette lately and know if its still bugged? Meaning if the group leader dies and clones to shuttle room, will the place respawn like crazy? thanks
