You are going to fight and kill the exicutioner(hope the spelling is correct)and youll loot his head bring that to victor and hell give you the prize, dont remember what it was, but i was extremly disapointed with what he givesall that time waiting for the damn thing to spwn and all the work and time to kill it for what some piece of crap....oh well

um nope the smooth stone is loot from the observer and is given to a stall owner in bestine market while sean is inpower, the actual reward for bringing victor the headis a rifle called the lithium rifle .. looks like a gold plated tusken rifle and has slightly better stats than a playermade tusken (for a short while acctualy did kinetic damage but now does energy )

Bothans are rarer than jedi
that makes me sad =o
