Greetings,

If I use a BARC speeder repair kit, will the speeder loose any stats ? like the maximum health will lower or anything else ?

Well, I don't know about the repair kit because I haven't had to use one. But, I do know that the first day of running the TE, my BARC had 3000 max durability (one of the first things I checked). Now it has mysteriously dropped to 1500.

I just had to use one after my BARC got ganked by a stormie in 2 seconds flat

No it didn't decrease the stats, and yes mine is at 1500 also... what a lame bike,

cheapest repair kit on my server was 200k, is this thing really worth it??

the repair kits take 1500 asteroid resources. on wanderhome , roids are selling @ 70 cpu. barc kits are gonna be expensive for a while.

I mine the resources for my repair kits, it's nothing. And I'm only using basic mining tools, given by the miner quest.
