Hi,
I have been playing since Sept 2004 and still find myself learning something new--and don't expect that to change
. I was wondering if I could call on any of your advice and guidance.
I have been Grinding my character: a balance between Pistoleer and Ranger. I may not be able to master both it seems. I am just about out of Skill Points. I want to maintain some basic medic skills for when I need them (eg. as support and while being solo) and want to keep my Marksman Support Tree which gives me better Alertness (also required for my character). All of these help round out my character better. Unfortunately, that doesn't leave me enough Skill points to master both Pistoleer and Ranger. Can someone give me guidance?

There is not a lot to say
If you want to master Ranger and Pistoleer you can, and you will have 18 points left over for Novice Medic and one level 1 skill.
Pistoleer is much more powerful with Master, so I would recommend that you Master that.
Ranger is great for collecting meat and hide, but you can make up the difference by getting a harvest droid that will help you be a good Ranger without Master.
The Marksman line might not be as useful as you think, though.
My advice would be to go Master Pistoleer, Master Ranger and then get the Force Sensitive Ranged Defence and Ranged Speed lines and you will have the best of all worlds.
I hope that helps!
