Thread: Problem with the Knowledge Base

Ok for quite some time I've had problems searhing the knowledge base in game. For some reason it just searches forever and ever and does even let me create a ticket or search for something else. I waited for about 40 minutes too so it's not like I just gave up after 5 minutes or something.

I only typed in the question slot and not the article ID though I would think that would be just for a specific one that you knew of already. Any help or advice or am I seriously bugged?

i usually type in a question i know it can definatly find like "how to train a skill" or "how to travel" then i go straight to the ticket for my problem
