Thread: REPAIRING BROKEN DATA PADS QUESTION

I was just wondering if anyone knows how to put these together i tred once and the compents i put in the housing went poof and do not show up....

not so good....
i've made two the day after they appeared and have yet to find a use for them.
Did you put in all the necessary componants?
Datapad Housing
Broken Datapad
Datapad Backlight
Datapad Battery
Datapad Connectors
does work just like an auto-kit so everything goes poof into it, but atm it doesn't tell you what bits you're put in.
Has anyone actually found a use for it though?

I beleive you will also need to repair a corrupted data disk and then you will be able to put the repaired data disk into the repaired data pad. To what end I have no clue.
Thing is I don't think you can repair corrupted data disks yet, perhaps that will be loot pass 2.
