Go first right then left to an elevator go up and follow it round and the second room on the right there is one, gold stripes down the arms and gold pauldron on his shoulder.

Only one in that room not sure where the other guy is but best is to get 4 tickets between your group and just go get him and then leave. then repeat.

Yeah, the other one is at the front in the room on the opposite side of the corrdor to the room the inquisitor is in for the assassin mission. Best just doing the rear one 4 times, unless you have a good team
