Thread: An odd idea...

My cousin who plays this game aswell, said that he knew a great idea to make the game better.
Since he was to lazy to ever go onto the boards i decided to post for him.
This is what he suggested:
Lower enemy stats (attack defenses ham)
Take away loads of skill points (about enough to master 2 advanced professions (no hybrid mixing like bh or commando. Mabey enough to master pistoleer and rifleman)
Take away defenses (dodges/blocking)
Take away knockdown, surpression fire, dizzy, warcry, intimidate delay opponent abilities.
Supposivly his idea was to balance the game by taking away "uber" abilities. If no one was a stacker in the game it probably be more fair.
What do you think?
I though everyone would slap him for it

not sure if i like that idea personally, as i am a melee stacker in training, well supposed to be training. I also like being able to have a master combat profession and being able to take up one or two non combat professions at the same time just to eliviate the constant fighting. Currently im a master tkm/novicer fencer with some scout and low levels of creature handler thrown in. Maybe if we had seperate skill points for combat at a lesser rate and the rest were used for non combat abilitys if anything like that was going to work.

Since there seems to be little thought given to the consequences of these changes, nor is there any context for what you mean by "better" I'll just say it's incomplete and not worth more time than this.
