You have to wait for a position to come open and then one of the Devs (usually Tiggs) will post a help wanted ad with all the requirements.
If you look back through some of her older posts you can find some of the postings she's made for them in the past.
They allhave pretty much the same requirementswith the only difference being which profession they serve.
