RANK = Points required to promoted rank = Amount of points you can hold at current rank (10.1 x Amount of points spent to acheive that rank) = Ratio of delegated transfered points (example)
1.) Private = 200 = 2,020 =6.5:1 (Costs 650 to send 100)
2.) Lance Corporal = 600 = 6,060 = 5.0:1 (Costs 500 to send 100)
3.) Corporal = 1,000 = 10,100 = 4.0:1 (Costs 400 to send 100)
4.) Staff Corporal = 1,400 = 14,140 =4.0:1 (Costs 400 to send 100)
5.) Sergeant = 1,800 = 18,1800 = 3.0.1:1 (Costs 300 to send 100)
6.) Staff Sergeant = 2,000 = 20,200 = 2.5:1 (Costs 250 to send 100)
7.) Master Sergeant = 2,500 = 25,250 = 2.3:1 (Costs 230 to send 100)
8.) Warrant Officer II = 3,000 = 30,300 = 2.0:1 (Costs 200 to send 100)
9.) Warrant Officer I = 3,500 = 35,350 = 1.9:1 (Costs 190 to send 100)
11.) Second Lieutenant = 4,000 = 40,400 = 1.67:1 (Costs 167 to send 100)
12.) First Lieutenant = 5,000 = 50,500 = 1.54:1 (Costs 154 to send 100)
13.) Captain = 5,000 = 50,500 = 1.43:1 (Costs 143 to send 100)
14.) Major = 5,500 = 55,550 = 1.333:1 (Costs 134 to send 100)
15.) Lieutenant Colonel = 5,500 = 55,550 = 1.3:1 (Costs 130 to send 100)
16.) Colonel = 6,000 = 60,600 = 1.18:1 (Costs 118 to send 100)
This is the most accurate version I know of. currently, I only know that up to Master Sergeant is correct, because I'm not that high yet. I like this information, print it out and paste it everywhere, heh.

Good info, now I need to hit the Imperial terminals for about a week hehe, only Master Sarge atm. Just wondering though, how exactly do you send points to another player? my friends did it to rank Private... then got killed for being overt and unbuffed in Theed haha

/delegate player amount
ex: /del mcgreag 500
You need to be overt to do it, the amount is that you want the other person to recive, if you are colonel and do /del mcgreag 500 I would get 500 fp and you would lose 590.

Same. If you just want to sell FP underworld 3 is enough (if you just want to delegate grinded fp you don't even need to be smuggler). Master smugglers does not get any bonuses for that.
What they get is a discount when buying faction perks (bases and pets etc). But as they can't buy FP for them selves it's a bit hard to use. You need two smugglers to buy fadction perks for as little money as possible, one need to be colonel and have underworld 3, the other master smuggler and have enough rank to hold the FP needed to buy the perks.

Explain that please
Underworld 3 gives u the chance to sell your FP to a opposide Faction recruiter. What do you mean by that Smugglers can buy FP for themselves?? At Underworld IV u get the ability to buy Faction Points. And why 2 smugglers?

Yes you are correct with underworld 3/4 forgot which was which.
The problem is that there is a limit. If the smuggler has 500fp or more he can not buy any extra from the recruiter. So he can not buy himself the 45k fp he needs for a detachment HQ. What he needs to do it buy so he has 500fp when delegate them to another person and buy up to 500 fp again and delegate.
Now a smuggler also get a perk that gives him a discount on faction equipment but there are not much equipment that only costs 300 fp (500 - 200 that you always have to keep to stay rebel/imp), even with the discount. So to use both the fp buying perk and the discount perk you need two smugglers, one who buy the fp and delegate it to the other and the one that gets the fp delegated to him and buys the equipment.
