Definitely from the Myyydril Caves, I believe it's from the initial few 'Myyydril Trust' quests.

First, do the myyydrill trust things up untill the last one (Kill the mother queen for the chief) Once thats done, go to the nurse (dunno her name) and her first mission gives the webweaver blanket
