Kill the Kerritamba Arena Champion, speak to the Outcast to the left of the entrance(as you come in) to the Kerritamba Village. Head to the ShadowWeaver Cave, the Outcasts are right at the bottom. Just burstrun all the way down to get a quest, wait for it to recharge and then burstrun back out, it's not worth fighting your way down.
