I completed the quest earlier today and got the TIE holocron and the armor with any problems. Hope that helps!

I got a set of clone armour today and it looks COOOL!

I got the X-wing holo & the armour about an hour ago

Rudy (APOC) - bloke with a big gun

Yes, you can.

A friend and I got our armor and holocron with no problems. The quest missions all went very smoothly.

If I finished my quest today, and talked to Mort, would I recieve armor? Or is it still bugged?

This is probably posted somewhere, but I have done search after search for 'tie holocron', 'holocron', etc and nothing.

What is the quest that gives out the tie holocron? Does it also give out imperial armor? Where does it start?

Any information would be useful,

first of all its hologram, and it starts in the Dearic Cantina by talking to Mort, he has a cybernetic arm

Dearic is a city on Talus. When you get there type /find cantina. When you go inside you can find Mort standing next to the bar or type /target Mort.
