Like what level are they on, and does anyone have coordinates for around which area in that level? I keep searching but I can't find them.

On the canopy level towards the end where the two paths converge. You have to kiil quite a few before you get the pristine horn.
Note: You don't have to loot them, you will get a system message. Any looted horns are not the right sort.

Actually I think the ones you want for the Trail Quest are at the end near Katarn

If you are doing the quest for the pristine horn, you want lvl 3, if you are doing the trials you want the lowest level.
