Thread: An Archeologist's Problem help please where is Vansk Of The Blackguard ?! :O

heya 
thanks for helping me out. i have started An Archeologist's Problem quest, spoken to Dr Lu and defeated 10 Blackguard. I returned to Dr Lu and he told me i need to kill Vansk Of The Blackguard (the girlfriend) and then San'sil The Kursk (the boyfriend leader).
i have been wandering around the Blackguard encampment and surrounding areas for hours now yesterday and today. i checked the ToOW quest reference guide and put in the two waypoints for Vansk Of The Blackguard (-1532 183 / -1478 173) but Vansk is not there and never is.
i constantly check all the NPCs in the Blackguard encampment hoping for a named NPC like Vansk but with no luck. i have killed countless Blackguards now in hopes that one may be Vansk in disguise but Dr Lu still says i need to go kill Vansk no matter who i kill so far 
i have also killed all the Wilders and Elite Wilders there in the camp as two of the Elite Wilders spawn on the waypoints listed for Vansk in the guide... still no joy Vansk remains elusive
can someone who has done this quest please tell me :-
a) is Vansk The Blackguard a named NPC or one of the Elite WIlders / other NPCs in the camp ?
b) is she a rare spawn or timed spawn etc ? is this why always a few folks camped hiding in a hut in the camp whenever i bust through killing random NPCs ?!
c) how / where can i kill her to progress with Dr Lu ?
thanks so much this has annoyed me for ages now lol hoping there's a solution

Vansk spawns outside the middle tube building (there is 3 buildings).
The timer is up to 3 hours

Vansk has a placeholder if he deos not spawn. it is named Elite Blackguard or Elite Wielder something with Elite in it....
This npc will spawn aprox 15 minutes from when it was killed. This is a WoW rip of for placeholders. same with San'sil, The Prophet of the Storm Lord, and the Storm Lord Captain Starkill and Commander Razor. Good luck ive seen people campthese for 4-6 hours andnone of them spawned just placeholders,Then again i have seen 5 San'sil spawn in a row. its random just have to kill the placeholder.

i was hoping that wasnt the case arghis the Mustafarian Distance Globe (Mustafarian Heat Shock) worth it ? what does it do ?

is the placeholder - Elite Blackguard Minion / Elite Blackguard Wilder (+ saber) or just Elite Blackguard ? i didnt see that one at all while i was there. hmm will get killing these fools then thanks a lot folks

The heat shock is a globe that you activate and the usage wrks for 1½ min, and gives a random shock to your enemy. Dunno what the damamge is though.

i almost killed him once....
he's crazily camped on eclipse most of the time
