Where do I find them? I am playing a less populated server so they seem quite rare on the Bazaar terminal. Must they be made by tailors? Or can I take them as loot off an NPC (Like the nomads found in Tatooine.)?

I got like seven in different colors. Just go to an area where nomads are and kill 'em, they're easy to kill and some of them carry them, just loot 'em. They sell pretty good too, you should try to sell the extras you get.

is there a way to put the hood on a cloak>??

AFAIK, nope.

At first I was mad that Wookiees like me can't wear the new cloaks. But now I realize that once EVERYONE has one of the new cloaks there will be 1000 Jedi running around in the same cloaks and I'll be in my white pajamas. I'll be the unique one.

From what I can see the Kursk cloak and the master cloak are the same color.

Cloaks they have the nice mods but If frs ever comes back out the beauty of frs robes > the cloaks

The fact that they do nothave sockets negated any usefulness they have for me....

Sure there is a big difference but well why would I spend millions for a cloak or camp for days/weeks for a cloak when I can get a cloak with the frs(if it ever comes back) that looks sexy and has +250force +10 regen

That is still not enough to negate my accuracy mods in my current cloak...the 325 force and 12 regen is nice and all...but I will take +30 in accuracy over that anytime...
