Thread: Anybody had problems packing up their houses and relocating?

I'd like to know if there is a bug before packing up my museum with billions of credits worth of rare items

I haven't heard of anyone having a problem with it, but to be fair, I haven't heard of anyone trying it either.
I don't think anyone wants to be the first.
What I would do is make a list of what all you ahve in the house, every single item, and accmpany that with screenshots of it from different angles so they can be reviewed.
The devs claim this works, if not, you can certainly use that list along with the screenshots to prove that you did in fact own these items.

Might not work, but it's better than pissing in the wind and just going for it...

Seems to work fine. I've picked up and dropped a house many
many many times since this was brought into the game. Never
lost an item yet.

One thing to consider: If you packup a house then switch to
another character, then switch back to your character with the
packed up house, all in the same save cycle, the house may
not show in your inventory. But logging out for 15 mins will
fix that. I've had this problem happen with normal items in my
inventory though so it's not strictly related to the house packup.
