I chose Captain Sargulio to do my quest and unlock ranged accuracy. I had two free unlocks, and I see the reflex unlocks for phases 2-4 are pretty useful. Upon phase 2, can I get work from Whip, or must I use Captain Sargulio for phases 1-4?
