Ive been waiting and for the "new" jedi system to go live. and i havent bee playing for several months.... before the publish 10 patch i did all most of the POI's, like the jedi pois and the difficult/easy ones aswell. when i logged in the first time i checekd my status and it was at " you feel a faint sense of the force" at this point i dint have any themepark badges so i started with the reb one, went on to nym then jabba and last the imp one.
During this course my status didnt change once it stayed at "faint" but as soon as i got the warren compassion badge it instantly changed to inner glow.
And this is what i did to achieve "glow" status:
