yes, it is possible to get married (i know this because i am married). You need to buy a ring or a band (any type of ring will work, but im not sure about the bands). I have an extra if u wanna buy one, im on shadowfire and my name is ispi.

Married couples should have special benefits.

Like: first off both spouse Co-Owning a home, not Land Lord and admin, Co-Owning... And if they get a divorce they can split up the money from selling their home,etc........... When they are married they can have little more objects for each person in the home.

And what are you gonna do with them? Treat them like pets? Since that is all they will be to you in the game...

"Married couples should have special benefits."

In the US, married couples tend to be penalized.

As for kids, a couple in my PA has one. I haven't seen him yet, but apparently, someone created a short, very young looking character and is supposed to be their kid.

Isn't a real life marriage hard enough, why would you spend time in-game having a marriage. Unless of course you spend all your time in-game..........

I don't believe I just read this... *Smack, wake up... Ok I did just read this.

Wait they already have a game where you can have kids, it's called The SIMS ya heard? Last time I checked the box for this game it didn't say The SIMS Star Wars Edition. I'll take a look again. Nope sorry it says Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, not even made by Maxis whodda thought?

I definitely think the marriage part of the game could be taken up on a notch. Besides getting married and having that on your character sheet, there's really not much you get out of it. OH! OH! MAYBE being married is required to unlock the FS slot! Eh? Eh? Bet nobody's ever thought THAT before.
