Thread: Emperors retreat,Slicer mission Great Bug

Im doing the Emperors retreat missions and im gonna find this slicer. he goes agro on me instantly so i kill him,but nothing happends. acording to the guide killing him would finish the mission. i don't get any finish quest" wp or anything.
Anyone else experienced this?

Either bugged, or suppost to be llike this just go about 50m from the slicer and press /conv and then the slicer will follow you.
(note you might have to do this for other missions in the imps retreat)

Also, if you have your pets out on this mission he will agro.

I did it the other night and it worked with /conv at 64 meters.

Just realized why it did not work for me, I was using /converse.
I ran into this with the slicer and the broadcaster.
Alternate methodsI got to work were unequipping my weapon, leading him to a naboo philosopher and conversing with him after he killed the guy or hanging him up on a rock, tree , or building(guess he is even dumber thanI am. LOL)

What a great Bug!
I watched a NL-549 NPC take on and kill the slicer from the Emperor's Retreat.
yes, even I tend to yell at the monitor.
I went down from my 67 meters away to look at the dead body and on a whim typed in the
/conv.... and much to my surprise,
the Slicer waypoint turned into the Finish Quest waypoint!
I never laid a hand on the Slicer.
I never talked to the Slicer.
The Slicer never followed me anywhere.
What a great Bug!
Everybody must try this!

Yes its a bug and you can kill him and all the ones that aggro on you that your supposed to talk to.Just bang em out the when there lying dead target em and type /conv and wualla.It's worked every single time hope it helps you out.
