Did the 'Social Adventure' ever make it to live?

I see the Star Destroyer adventure was lined up for a P10 mini-publish. Is this still on the cards?

In fact the GCW revamp was down as Publish 11, but isn't this now back next year with the Combat Revamp? If so, what indeed is Publish 11 going to be? If P11 is the JTL integration thats a long time to go with no additional content and features.
