Well, all i see around here are the threads complaining about the old dude, and the sith guys.
well, incase some of you have been too busy shuttling from player city to player city looking for the old guy instead of actually out playing the game, i'd like to let you know of what is, in my opinion, the most important update in publish 10, and this update isn't bugged.
No More Bike Warping!!!
That's right everyone. They developers have FINALLY fixed the bike warping bug. and I for one, would like to give them a standing ovation for that. this has been something that we have all been complaining about for a long time, and has plagued us whenever we go to hostile territories. But the devs came through for us, and fixed this. You can now store your bike while riding it, or just dismount from it, and you'll land on your feet right where your ride is. this also works with animal mounts as well.
So thank you Devs for hearing our cries, and for fixing this problem. sure other problems have started to show up, such as the Doctor/Havla bug, but I have faith that these bugs will be fixed in a timely manner, just as the Missing NPC and Player cities bug was fixed today.

I couldn't agree anymore. Thank god they fixed warping that was really getting old.

Thank you DEVs! I'm so glad this is gone- I can't count how many times I've gotten off of my swoop 300 feet away from a lair, and then suddenly warp right into the middle. BUT, the DEVs can't fix anything else. So I give them a "boo" until they can fix the pistoleer, and clean up the rest of the glitches -_-
The EQ guys would've had this ironed out by now.

I love that i don't warp across town after i get off my bike, but has anyone noticed that sometimes the bike will do a wheelie on you now?

you mean I don't have to wave at myself before I get off my bike. I suppose that is good, Everyone was thinking I was awfuly self centered.

Jeebus was amusing when Homer said it. Several years ago. Now it's just tired and annoying. It really isn't an amusing reference to some obscure bit of pop culture if everyone knows about it and gives a polite smile in response. It's like aiming for Dennis Miller and falling just shy of Andy **edit**.
I echo the sentiments about vehicle warping. And I really dig the village. Whether people plan on becoming jedi or not, this little nugget of content is welcome and rewarding. Makes me think of the hero of tatooine quests.

im thrilled its gone. Not thanking the devs who put it there to begin with tho, and havent fixed it til now.

I have a strong sense of altruism. Obviously these people need help. When people strive to be more than parrots and actually create something funny, then I will gladly recognize themin the fellowship of free thinkers. Until then, nothing but polite smiles and pity for you.
I give you points for your simpsons quote. It was applicable and satirical. Like the first caveman struggling with two sticks and kindling, you are well on your way to becoming a thinking individual.
