Okay, so got cloned on Lok (I'm not too popular with Nym) and noticed that there is an NPC named Andria E'Liyha there she asked me if I wanted to see the Smuggler Ship or the Engineer Caves?
I accepted the Smuggler Ship one, but don't know what to do there. Any suggestions?

I wonder if this has to with the Rebel or Nyms quests. Can you give me a WP? I'd like to check it out.

She is just there to point out the locations of the POI's. You can find many similar NPC's throughout the game. The POI list wasn't always in your datapad, and NPC's such as these would give you a WP for these places.

Unfortunately I don't have WP, however if you go to the Cloning Facility in Nym's Stronghold and go outside the walls (and towards the Starport) you'll see her there!

there is a similar npc standing outside in front of the Theed Palace who directs you to POIs on Naboo..
there's also one standing by the bazaar in the Dathomir Outpost..

"Smuggler Ship" might refer to the "Downed Bloodrazor Ship" POI not far from Nyms.
It's a big space vessel that has crashed with Bloodrazor agros

That was my guess, and these NPC's are called Herald NPC's and have been in the game awhile. All the major cities are supposed to have them. Or maybe it's capital cities. Anyways, they give interesting stories for the POI's.
