Just wondering if tatooine/dantooine are the only one's that are resetable. If notis there a list somewhere that shows the location of all the record keepers?

as far as i can tell there the only 2, ive looked about for this myself and have yet to find a record keeper on any other planet. i had read about rumours sometime ago that there where more but never found any infomration to clarify it.
