Just figured I would let everyone know that CSR Beverly helped me to retrieve 6 million units of resources that were eaten on my vendor. I was a little worried with all the horror stories I read about CSR's and she was the complete opposite of what I expected. After multiple e-mails my items have been restored in just 2 days. If you need a CSR, ask for her

I had a different CSR help me out, Chris-something. We didn't manage to get the problem fixed on the spot, but he had ideas on how to try ,,, the last one worked, logging for 30 minutes. It was an odd one, I wouldn't go into combat mode, but I could attack creatures. It meant no lair attacks, and no non-special attacks.

Since people are mentioning their experiences with CSR's, I just thought that I would comment that CSR NeilH was very helpful to me the other night. I had mistakenly deleted my 34% damage sliced NYM-enhanced Vibro Knuckler, and within an hour, he had responded to my /ticket and had un-deleted the item, and it re-appeared the next morning after server reset, just as he said it would.
There has been a change of heart for sure at SOE, they actually seem to try to help people lately. Not the case in the past, many months ago, my good friend had deleted his entire backpack full of docs buffs and medical resources, and contacted a CSRthat very same night, but they did nothing to restore his items. Basically they told him that it wasn't their policy and he was S.O.L.

There is no such thing as a helpfull csr it was a jedi mind trick to fool you. Let see I have had 2 factories vanish with about 2 to 3 million reources inside the csr ticket vanished as well. I had about 100 million credits worth of stuff vanish from my vendor and was told by several csr's that supposed to happend. Ihave had several harvesters vanish for no reason csr ticketalso vanished the same way. I now don't both to submit tickets which is excalty what they want. I could go on submiting tickets but whats the point none of them can read or undersatnd english or have an oq over 1.
