I tryed to grow a aurillian plant, but once it hit large that was it game over. nothing I did made a difference. so now I am stuck with a dead plant. unlike others though mine did not disappear. does anyone know if I can exchange it for a new plant?

If it didn't disappear, it's not *quite* dead yet. Do something drastic with the water/nutrient levels... maybe you can revive it.
If it does disappear, you can do the Phase 1 quest again and get another, I think.

adding water or nutrients to the plant is no longer an option, the plant says it is degraded beyond all hope. now the reason I ask if it could be exchanged is I contacted SOE and they said when I askif i could exchange it theyit was classified as spoiler information, now if I couldn't exchange it why wouldn't they just say it isn't, I do thank you for your input though

I would imagine that's just their standard company line, giving no help whatsoever under any circumstances...but
in an ideal world it could mean that the plant could be traded ie dragged and dropped onto an npc, whether one of the farmer types or fs npcs in the village or somewhere else and then a next stage would follow, but that's just wishful thinking based on nothing but boredom.

just a thought... not sure if it will work but take your plant to the farmer at the back of the village( the one that says he can only grow a tree or something) and see if you can converse with him and get him to grow it for you.... just an idea

In lieu of that, maybe your suppose to drop it on that same farmer during Phase 1. Thus it would stay in your inventory and do whatever its doing till that, or whatever phase your suppose to give it to him, comes along.

Bones, "It's Life Jim."
Spock, "But Not As We Know It. Not As We Know It."
Chorus, "Theres Klingons On The Starboard Bow. Starboard Bow. Starbord Bow."
Humpty, "Man, I'm sick with this.."
Seriously though, I still think this means your plant is probably meant to be given to an npc or used at a later date.
