Step 1: Get into your yacht.
Step 2: Go down to the bottom floor and hit the eject button.
Step 3: Repeat Step 2 until you have a cybernetic limb.
THAT'S ALL IT TAKES, FOLKS!

Nope, sounds like they took them away.
Good thing I kept mine, it wasn't removed by the patch.

Nevermind, just saw the post above mine. I wonder if it is still possible to get it removed if you have one then

I assume so, the guy is still there on the 2nd floor of the hospital.

Well presumably the limbs give you negative stats

Nope, no negative stats (yet). The only thing it has done that could be considered negative is that it doesn't allow me to wear my (formerly) trademark hood-up cloak.
