I was thinking about taking up Ranger and as wondering what combat profession is best to help level up with? I was thinking ranged but I'm not sure if TKM would be better. Thanks again.

Just to warn you, you will need to keep an elite combat profession if you want ranger to be at all useful. As for which one, it's up to you. Any combat profession will work. Choose what you like best. You just need to be able to kill stuff.

Without a doubt i would say Master Heavy Swordsman.

I have NEVER been able to kill animals so fast and so easily. The only problem with it, is you kill stuff so fast, sometimes you dont have enough time left to harvest them all.

Ranger is primarily a PVE role and MSH is the ultimate Lair smasher. Enraged Rancor lair in under 3 minutes.

When i eventually come back to Ranger (If they ever make it a worthwhile profession) ill be keeping the Hammer to complement it.

BH

Pikeman

Fencer

Heavy Swordsman

Doctor

Rifleman

Pitoleer

Carbineer

Commando

Squad Leader

Combat Medic

not sure about

Ranger

Bio Engineer

Smuggler

Creature Handler

I know these aren't

crafters . . all of them
