from what i see story wise, it looks likeexemplar tosocietybadge clashes with arena champion and blood hunter of kerritamba badges, is it like that?

Exemplar and Arena Champion are mutually exclusive (1 or the other). However, you CAN get the Blood Hunter badge after doing the Exemplar badge w/the Outcasts (I just did the other day).
