You can do one (1) quest per phase. Each quest unlocks a certain predetermined branch for you, There are many threads about this already so read one of those about which rewards are giving during what phases.

There are Four kinds of Force sensitive exp. Combat, Sense, Reflexes and Crafting. You cannot use Combat to fuel Sense or Reflex branches and so on. So to fill the Sense one you have to use medical exp and the like, and alot of it too.

i know that stuff and u can convert combat xp to reflexes, but im not talking about that -in a phase u choose 1 quest and u unlock it if u finish the quest. lets say i finish the quest and train it up(medical phase1 quest gives colum number 3) and i want to convert the fighting and combat xp to combat/reflexes and i do convert:will i loose the xp if i wont train it soon?

Your xp doesn't go anywhere. It functions just like normal xp.
