i give the atkins people 30 years then they will have billions in lawsuite cases for making people have major heart problems. family history is what keeps me eating carbs and reducing the meat.
ever wonder why no one is allowed to do an autopsy on atkin?

Amen to that, friday/saturday night pvp sessions with the fellas with a 12 pack of Michelob Ultra....life is good.

Well im going the opposite direction GIVE ME CARBS!!!!! I going to eat all the carbs i can i wont eat anything unless it DOES have carbs. Not just carb, I WANT THE FAT!!! I want food full of carbs, fat, surger, you name it I want it. If its good for me im not eating it.

you promised me extra energy that would be burnt... but look... 6-7 months later i'm 50 pounds overweight! i'm sick of hollow promises that do nothing but tag on extra pounds...delicousness in the form of pasta, potatoes and bread but really nothing more than empty calories... it's a joke... i'm so pissed off right now i can't even see straight... i'll take my extra $15 a month i would have spent on french fries and go elsewhere... if you need me you can find me eating beef jerky playing SWG

i'm sorry for posting in the wrong area, but i had just finished reading three other posts about people quitting swg and the incessant whining that seems to go along with such things... as if anyone cares some annonymous person on a server in which they don't play is leaving in a big ball of rage... it was a sleep deprived attempt at humor... /apologize
