ok got to the third conduit, got the crystal but it didnt update journal and now the conduits wont let me interact with them. Any ideas on what i can do please ?

ok i sorted it, everytime i clicked to retreive the crystal it would say i got it, but then the system message said retrieved 0/1

so i went to all the conduits retriving crystals...got it 3rd time
