easy workaround...dont create the Cube recipe until you have all the parts for the schem and the component..then give them to a WS to create in their own cube...voila !

most weaponsmiths dont have ToOW seeing that you need combat for just about everything

I would not doubt that this is true. I know for a fact there is a PSG schematic that is no trade as well.
making schematics no trade is just about the dumbest thing I've seen in this game.
