Hey guys can you please answer this question ASAP. If we are switching from a master politician to a novice politician for our player city will...
A: shuttleport/clone center/bank be destroyed because the novice politician isn't high enough
or
B: Keep the items there, just the mayor cannot move them.

all the city items should remian, the only thing the novice politician cant do without the needed skills is place structures and alter taxes. but once he has these skills he can do so no problem, if you check the politician skill tree you can check at what lvl the politician needs for certain items

that answer is correct. All city structures remain..the new mayor just will not be able to place anything new until they get teh XP & train in those levels

Absolutely definitively B.
Our city changed over from a Mastery Poli to a single-box Novice Poli, and we lost nothing. You just don't hvae the ability to place things until, of course, you gain the xp to level up.
