I would like to purchase a factional base,I have been doing some research as to how this is done. I went to the recruiter went overt then checked to see if one was listed. The list showed a forward outpost which I tried to purchase. The message I was given was insuffecient rank or purchase would take me below the 200 points needed to remain rebel. I was overt ,and having 4000 faction points based on what I read in these forums was more than enough. I would really like to know is there a 10 to 1 exchange rate that allows you to by a base or do you need all 20,000 faction points. I was also woundering could it be that I am not the proper rank. I would like to know a few things please,what rank must you have and how does the faction point system for purchasing a base work.

probably need to be a warrant officer 2 and you must have all 20,000 faction points to purchase the base from a recruiter
