First time I went to the Village I was amazed by the music, fog, and special lighting surrounding me when riding in. I must say that based on this cool entrance alone I was thinking twiceof bragging to friends about my new Jedi, and instead taking a much more mysteriousapproachto this new path. Ifind myself turning up the speakers every time I get close to the fog!!
Post your praise here if you share a similar attraction to these cool new effects...
The purpose of this thread is to praise and encourage the Developers to continue to add cool lighting and location triggered music effects in future dungeouns/theme parks to enhance content. Please do not flame about the village or that whole mess here- just the cool effects

Yeah! Going through that fog felt so mysterious and jedi like then even becoming a jedi. I do not mind driving back and forth to convert xp just because of that music. Also i love how the imperial march plays when you go to the emperor's retreat. I whish more dungons and places had cool effects and music.

I love it too. More stuff like this added throughout the game would make it that much more amazing.

I second the notion on the Emperors Retreat. If I hadn't already done the themepark, I'd hang out there indefinitely. Oh, and has anyone ever wondered who's keeping the rocks stacked up? My guess is its the emperor, but if Luke could juggle rocks while doing a one-handed handstand with Yoda chillin on top of his foot, and levitate R2 at the same time, I figure Vader should have no problem's doing it too.

I love the fog.
I will have to turn my sound on next time I go for the music - only so much of the regular sound effects I can take.

I hate it. I wish it was like in UO where i could just delete sound files and put my own music in it... I would put the mortal combat theme in

Yeah, agree, riding through the fog took me back to the sense of discovery I had when i was first playing and getting totally blown away by the SWG world.
