I was running around on one of the planets and I found a Mysterious Shrine. ( A statue with a blue glowing block in front of it.) Anyone know what this is?

Jedi clone to those when they die.

when you are training padawan thats where you get your missions from. you /kneel in front of it and it will give you a message for your next padawan trial

The shrines are the places which both the padawan trials and the knight trials are done from. The jedi kneel and meditate there to get their next quest. Also, they have the added function of a cloning facility for jedi only. That way it's harder for a jedi to get clone camped.

and there is one on almost every planet. 3 or 4 on others.

Oh there are several on each planet i think, correct me if i'm wrong.

They have a FAQ stickied in the Jedi forums with all the shrines' waypoints. There are 4 on each planet. They do look pretty cool
