i have been having problems on my account on the Eclypse serverwith not receiving badges for going to locations/POI

here is a list of them:

...has explored the depths of the agrilat crystal swamp.

...has explored the horrid tar pits of Dathomir.

...has visited the stately falls of Dee'ja peak.

...has seen the rogue corsec base on Corellia.

...has visited the famous outdoor theatre of Vereni Island.

...has seen the magnificent crystal fountain at Bella Vistal.

...has visited a Dantari rock village.

...has found a Marauder base on Endor.

...has found a cave populated by aqualish soldiers on Talus.

Thats 9 of em im not happy it took me alot of time and alot of money traveling all those miles to get these badges. please could you sort this out n ammend the records to re add these badges that took me a long time to 'try and get'.
