what's the working command to do this if there even exists one?

(no.. "/addBannedPlayer" does not work...system doesnt even recognise that as a command)

It has been a while but I belive it is /setpermission ban <name>

Correct.

/setpermission is the all-purpose command for structure permissions.

/setpermission admin name

/setpermission entry name

/setpermission ban name

So it would be /setpermission ban guild:guildtag

Don't include the <>'s around the tag. Just guild:xyz

It's a toggle too, so if you use it to ban them, you use it again to un-ban them.

I'm probably being stupid but if a house is private, why would people be entering it anyway unless they were on the entry list?

Does it still work if the guild tag has a space in it? I seem to remember reading something about that a while back.

Also, I don't think you can set an entire guild as admin like you can ban an entire guild.

Maybe he wants to put a vendor in a house but still keep some degree of privacy?

You can add a guild to the ban/admin/entry lists simply by entering the following:

EG. My old guild tag was NAC, you would insert this in the list:

guild:NAC

Guilds cannot be set as admin
You can only put guild permissions for entry or ban

Way to make a safehouse
Make your house private (without vendors ^^)
/setperm entry guild:guildtag

Only you and your guild may now enter your house.
